Allahabad HC: Marital Discord Not Suicide Abetment
The Allahabad High Court decided that usual fights and problems in a marriage don't mean someone is guilty of helping another person commit suicide.
A woman and her parents were accused after the woman's husband died by suicide.
The court said that unless there was clear proof the family pushed the man to suicide, they couldn't be held responsible.
