No Hotel Beyond Scrutiny: Karnataka Begins Inspections of Five-Star Hotels

No Hotel Beyond Scrutiny: Karnataka Begins Inspections of Five-Star Hotels

In the Indian state of Karnataka, the government decided to check the big, fancy hotels where people go to eat.

A health leader named UT Khader said the government wants to make sure the food in these hotels is clean and safe.

Many people think food in big star hotels is always fresh and good, but the government wants to check if that is really true.

Food inspectors visited these hotels and found some problems, like old milk, rotten onions, and meat that came from faraway countries like Denmark and Canada.

The inspectors will now check all five-star hotels in the state and write a report about what they find.

If a hotel is not following the rules, the government says it will take action, just like it does with small shops.

The leader said this is not a one-day check and that the government will keep doing it for a long time.

He also said eating safe food can help people stay healthy and avoid sicknesses like cancer and kidney problems.

So the government is checking these hotels to help keep everyone healthy and safe.
