Navy Chief Visits Brazil to Strengthen Maritime Ties
The head of the Indian Navy, Admiral Dinesh K Tripathi, is visiting Brazil for four days.
He will meet important leaders in Brazil's military and government to talk about how the two countries' navies can work together better.
They will discuss things like keeping the seas safe, sharing knowledge, and working together in bigger groups of countries.
This visit shows that India wants to have a strong friendship with Brazil in the navy world.

The visit aims to strengthen the maritime partnership between the Indian and Brazilian navies, a key element of the India–Brazil Strategic Partnership.

Discussions will focus on maritime security, operational linkages, capacity building, and cooperation within multilateral and South–South frameworks.
The visit includes engagements with operational commands, naval bases, and shipyards of the Brazilian Navy to expand professional exchanges and understand Brazil’s maritime capabilities.
