USCIS Proposes Changes to EB-5 Investor Visa Fees
The U.S. government is considering changing the fees for a visa program called EB-5, which allows people to get a visa by investing in the US.
If the changes happen, some fees will go down, like the one for the investor's application and the one to remove conditions on residency.
However, there will be a new tech fee added to one form, and the yearly fee for investors will slightly increase.
These changes are still just a proposal, and the government is asking for opinions from the public before they make a final decision.
There is also a new form for investors whose investment projects have had problems.
USCIS proposed changes to the EB-5 investor visa fees.
Proposed fee for Form I-526E will be reduced.
A new tech fee of $95 will be added to Form I-526E.
