Planning to buy a home in Noida? Property prices have jumped 111% since 2019 · businesstoday.in

In Noida, a city in India, the price of homes has gone up a lot since 2019.

The average price of a home rose by 111 percent.

In 2019, one square foot of a home cost about 4,795 rupees.

By 2026, the same amount of space cost about 10,780 rupees.

That means homes there more than doubled in price.

Other big cities also got more expensive, but not as much.

In Bengaluru, home prices rose by 66 percent, and in Gurugram they rose by 86 percent.

One big reason is new roads, better metro trains, and a new airport being built nearby.

These improvements make places that used to seem far away feel closer and more exciting.

Now, people are also buying fancier, luxury homes in some special areas.
