Delhi Police Officers Injured in Stone-Pelting Incidents
On Wednesday, two Delhi Police officers were injured in separate stone-pelting incidents.
One incident occurred near Tolstoy Marg in Connaught Place at around 8:30 PM, where ACP Vivek Bhagat was injured.
Earlier in the day, ACP Jai Prakash was injured during a protest at Jantar Mantar over the NEET exam paper leak.
Activist Sonam Wangchuk, who has been on a 25-day hunger strike, met with Union Health Minister JP Nadda and Union Minister Jitendra Singh.
The government is open to discussions on all issues and is willing to address them.
The situation was tense but has now been brought under control.
