Raveena Tandon Recounts Rejecting Roles in 'Darr' and 'Prem Qaidi'
Actress Raveena Tandon said she was first asked to play the main girl in the movie 'Darr' with Shah Rukh Khan.
She decided not to do it because some parts of the movie made her feel uneasy, like wearing a swimsuit.
She also mentioned that she was offered another movie, 'Prem Qaidi,' before someone else, but she didn't do that one either because of a scene she found uncomfortable.
Raveena explained that back then, she was a bit shy and didn't like being too close to people she didn't know well.
She always had her own rules about what she was comfortable doing.
Raveena Tandon was the initial choice for the female lead role in the 1993 film 'Darr', opposite Shah Rukh Khan.
She declined the role because she was uncomfortable with certain scenes, including one that required her to wear a swimming costume.
The role of Kiran in 'Darr' was eventually played by Juhi Chawla.
