M3M Partners with Elie Saab for Luxury Residences
M3M India, a real estate company, has teamed up with famous designer Elie Saab to build two fancy housing projects in Gurugram and Noida.
They are spending Rs 3,500 crore to build these homes, which they think will make them Rs 8,300 crore in sales.
In Gurugram, there will be 300 big apartments starting at Rs 15 crore each.
In Noida, there will be 200 smaller apartments starting at Rs 9 crore.
M3M believes that people want nicer, bigger homes now, especially after the pandemic.
They also think that having a well-known designer's name on the project will help sell the homes faster.
