Vijayawada Police Perform Ayudha Puja for Dussehra

The Vijayawada police held a special ceremony called Ayudha Puja on Maha Navami, part of the Dussehra festival.

This event honors the tools they use, like guns and cars.

Police Commissioner SV Rajasekhar Babu led the ceremony at the City Armed Reserve Police Parade Grounds.

They followed a tradition of praying to their weapons and vehicles.

Senior officers also joined the event, which is performed across all police stations to show respect to the tools they use in their work.
