STOP THE BLEED Initiative Launched in India
The Indian Institute of Emergency Medical Services (IIEMS) and Axio Biosolutions have teamed up to start the STOP THE BLEED initiative in India.
This program teaches people how to control bleeding in emergencies using special tools like Axiostat Haemostatic Gauze.
The training is recognized by important organizations like NAEMT and ITLS.
They also provided these tools to motorcycle riders at an event called Motoverse 2025.
The goal is to make sure everyone knows how to save lives in emergencies.
IIEMS and Axio Biosolutions launched the STOP THE BLEED initiative in India.
The program provides training in bleeding control using Axiostat Haemostatic Gauze.
Training is aligned with global standards from NAEMT, ITLS, ATLS, and NDLSF.
Axiostat Haemostatic Gauze was supplied to Motoresq for motorcycle trauma kits.
A trauma management workshop was conducted at Motoverse 2025 in Goa.
