₹4 Crore Sanctioned for Kakinada Food Courts

The Central government has given ₹4 crore to Kakinada to build food courts.

The project is part of a program called PM SVANidhi.

It is meant to help poor people get opportunities to run businesses.

The food courts will be built on Wharf Road.

City employees cleared encroachments from the selected area.

Kakinada’s municipal commissioner said it was the only city in Andhra Pradesh chosen for this initiative.

Residents hope the project will help people earn a living.
