US Navy Tests Weapons in South China Sea

The US Navy's big ship, called the USS Abraham Lincoln, had some important practice exercises in the South China Sea.

This ship is like a floating base for airplanes and is very powerful.

It's been there since late November and is showing that the US is strong in that area.

The ship also got supplies from another ship called the USNS Cesar Chavez.

This is important because the US wants to make sure it can always have ships in that part of the world, especially since other countries are also being more active there.
