Fire at cargo ship in Odisha's Paradip Port

Fire at cargo ship in Odisha's Paradip Port

A fire happened on a big cargo ship at Paradip Port in Odisha.

The fire started at night while workers were loading thermal coal onto the ship.

Firefighters quickly put out the fire by moving the ship to another area, removing the coal, and sprinkling water on it.

The fire was completely put out in about an hour and a half.

Officials think the fire started because water was not sprinkled on the coal before loading it.

They are now investigating to find out exactly what caused the fire.
