Supreme Court Urges Rajpal Yadav to Rebuild Image Through Films

Rajpal Yadav borrowed money to make a film called Ata Pata Laapata.

The film did not do well, and he said he could not repay the loan.

He told the Supreme Court that the original Rs 5 crore debt grew to Rs 22 crore.

The lender filed complaints after cheques meant to repay the debt bounced.

Yadav said the dispute and financial problems hurt his reputation and career.

He also said he had considered making a film about his struggles.

Chief Justice Surya Kant encouraged him to make films and entertain people again.

The court hearing concerned the long-running legal dispute.
