The Madhya Pradesh government has approved ₹3.25 crore to upgrade the sub-health centre in Dharampuri village to a six-bed Primary Health Centre (PHC).

This upgrade will include building construction, medical equipment, furniture, and other infrastructure to improve healthcare services.

The PHC will have a full-time doctor, pathology testing, laboratory technicians, and essential medicines.

It will focus on maternal and child healthcare, disease diagnosis and treatment, and periodic health camps.

The upgraded facility will also support pilgrims during the Simhastha Mahaparva in 2028.

Residents are hopeful that this upgrade will provide better access to timely medical treatment.
