DDA Opens Registration for 1026 Premium Flats in Delhi's Tallest Tower

The Delhi Development Authority is selling new, fancy apartments in a very tall building called Towering Heights in Karkardooma.

There are 1026 apartments, and they are all 2-bedroom homes.

You can sign up to buy one starting today, October 31st, until November 21st.

To sign up, you have to pay a fee and also a larger amount of money called an Earnest Money Deposit.

The apartments are in the tallest building in Delhi, which is 48 stories high!

This area is built to make it easy to use public transport, like buses and the metro, and is close to shops and schools.

If you want to buy one, you'll need to be ready to pay between about 1.78 crore and 3.09 crore rupees, depending on the flat.

They might be ready to move into by July 2026.
