Paul Dano Responds to Tarantino Criticism
Quentin Tarantino, a famous movie director, once said that actor Paul Dano wasn't very good in movies like There Will Be Blood.
When asked about this recently, Dano's co-star Toni Collette quickly defended him, saying Tarantino was being unfair.
Dano was grateful that others spoke up for him, so he didn't have to.
This happened during an event celebrating the 20th anniversary of the movie Little Miss Sunshine, where Dano and Collette both acted.
Quentin Tarantino criticized Paul Dano's acting skills, specifically in There Will Be Blood (2007).
During the 20th anniversary screening of Little Miss Sunshine, Dano was asked about Tarantino's comments.
Toni Collette, Dano's co-star, defended him, saying 'F*** that guy!' and questioning Tarantino's behavior.
Dano expressed gratitude that others spoke up for him, so he didn't have to respond directly.
The incident highlights the sometimes contentious relationship between directors and actors in the film industry.
