Petition urges PM Modi to address India's youth on I-Day

A group in India called the Cockroach Janata Party wants to help young people.

Its leader, Abhijeet Dipke, led a big protest in Delhi about an exam called NEET, which many students said was unfair.

After 36 days of protests, India's Education Minister resigned.

The group then stopped protesting because the government agreed to listen to its demands.

Now the group wants Prime Minister Narendra Modi to talk about schools, jobs, and the high cost of living in his big Independence Day speech.

The Prime Minister gives that speech every year on August 15 from the Red Fort in Delhi.

The group made an online petition asking him to talk about these problems in the speech.

They want people to sign the petition to show support.

The group also plans to travel across India to hear what young people think.

Their ideas will be used to make a plan for better schools and jobs for young people.
