Mirwaiz condemns attacks on Kashmiris outside valley
Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, a leader in Kashmir, spoke about how some people from Kashmir are being hurt or treated badly in other parts of India.
He talked about two brothers, Tabish and Danish, who were badly hurt in Uttarakhand.
He said this is part of a bigger problem where people from Kashmir are not safe in other places.
He asked the authorities to do something to protect them.
