Lodha Developers Reports Strong Q3FY26 Performance
Lodha Developers, a big real estate company, had a great third quarter in 2025 with the highest sales ever.
They sold a lot of properties, especially in South Mumbai.
They plan to launch more projects worth ₹12,800 crore in the next quarter.
The company also bought land in new areas like Gurugram and Bengaluru, which will help them grow in the future.
However, they had some delays in getting permissions, which slowed down their collections.
Some experts are worried about the increasing supply of homes in the market, but Lodha is confident about their growth.
They also have a huge project called Palava City, which could be a big success with better connectivity soon.
Lodha Developers reported best-ever quarterly pre-sales of ₹5,620 crore in Q3FY26, up over 20% sequentially and year-on-year.
The company plans to launch projects worth ₹12,800 crore in Q4FY26 across South Mumbai, Pune, and Mumbai.
Lodha added five projects in Q3FY26 with a GDV of ₹33,800 crore, surpassing its FY26 business development guidance.
Collections dipped 17% on-year to ₹3,560 crore in Q3FY26 due to delays in environmental clearances.
Lodha's stock is down 16% in the past year, but the company remains optimistic about future growth, particularly with Palava City.
