Jaipur Capital has bought a sanitaryware manufacturing business from Global Ceramics.

Jaipur Capital acquired Global Ceramics’ manufacturing business and select assets through an asset transfer transaction.
The deal includes Global Ceramics’ 20-acre Neemrana, Rajasthan, facility with approximately 900,000 square feet of built-up area.
The plant currently has production capacity of about 62 metric tonnes, with potential expansion to approximately 124 metric tonnes.
Operations will be conducted through Melozzo Living Limited, while GCware products will continue to be manufactured at the facility.
Melozzo Living plans to serve India and explore markets in Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
