Actress Nafisa Ali Reveals Her Ovarian Cancer Has Progressed

Nafisa Ali Sodhi is an actress and politician who has cancer.

She said a recent scan showed that her ovarian and peritoneal cancer had progressed.

The scan found new cancer deposits on the surface of her liver.

Because of this, her doctors changed her treatment plan.

She is now receiving a treatment called targeted therapy.

This treatment focuses on particular changes in cancer cells.

Sodhi first had stage 3 cancer diagnosed in 2018.

She was declared cancer-free in 2019 but was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer again in 2025.
