LIC Introduces Bima Sakhi Scheme, Offers Monthly Stipends for Women
LIC is starting a new program called Bima Sakhi to help women build careers in insurance.
Women can join this program and get paid a monthly amount, like a scholarship, for up to three years.
To join, you need to be at least 18 and have finished the 10th grade.
In the first year, you'll get Rs 7,000 each month, then less in the following years if you meet certain sales goals.
