Apollo Tyres Secures Indian Cricket Team Jersey Sponsorship
Apollo Tyres is now the company whose name will be on the front of the Indian cricket team's jerseys, paying Rs 579 crore.
The deal will last until March 2028, covering many cricket matches.
Dream11 was the previous sponsor, but left because of government rules.
Apollo Tyres will pay more than Dream11 did before.
The company hopes to reach more people through the team and will have marketing plans with brand ambassador Sachin Tendulkar.
Apollo believes it can overcome any issues that previous jersey sponsors faced.
