Libya Military Intelligence Chief Killed In Car Blast
A very important army leader in a country called Libya was badly hurt when a bomb exploded in his car.
His name was Fowzi Mansouri, and he was in charge of secret military information for the army in the eastern part of the country.
The explosion happened outside his home in a city called Benghazi.
Sadly, he died from the blast.
Nobody knows yet who put the bomb there.

Two security sources told Reuters that Mansouri died in the evening blast, speaking on condition of anonymity and offering no details on who was responsible.
The killing underscores continuing security challenges in Libya, where rival administrations and armed groups retain influence despite a 2020 ceasefire.
Libya split in 2014 between rival eastern and western factions after a 2011 NATO-backed uprising toppled longtime autocrat Muammar Gaddafi.
The Libyan National Army, led by Khalifa Haftar, controls much of eastern and southern Libya, while the internationally recognised Government of National Unity in Tripoli controls much of the west.
