Sukhbir Badal backs fair delimitation, demands Women's Reservation Bill
A big leader in India named Sukhbir Singh Badal talked with the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi.
The next day, Mr. Badal said he supports dividing voting areas in a fair way - this is called delimitation.
