Chiranjeevi’s Kaka and Vishwambhara Clash Over Pongal Release
Chiranjeevi has two highly anticipated movies that could compete for the same Pongal release period.
Kaka is currently planned for January 13, 2026.
Its director, Bobby Kolli, reportedly does not want to change that date.
Vishwambhara was delayed because its special graphics work took longer than expected.
Reports now say that work is almost complete.
The makers are considering Pongal because other possible periods are crowded.
If Vishwambhara takes the Pongal slot, Kaka may have to move.
Trade experts think Chiranjeevi might choose Vishwambhara because it has been waiting for release for about two years.

A Pongal release for Vishwambhara could force Kaka to leave the same release window.
