Hyderabad Thrives in 2025: Top Uber City, Office Leasing Boom, Mixed Housing Sales
Hyderabad had a great year in 2025.
It was one of the top five cities in India for Uber rides, with people using Uber a lot for work and fun.
The city also had its best year ever for office leasing, with lots of companies renting office space.
However, housing sales were a bit mixed.
Some cities saw more sales, while others saw fewer.
Prices for homes went up in most places.
Overall, Hyderabad is doing well in many areas.
Hyderabad ranked among the top five cities in India by Uber ride volumes in 2025, with a high average rider rating of 4.79.

Residential sales in Hyderabad grew by 4%, with average prices rising by 13% to ₹6,721 per sq ft.
Evening hours, particularly around 6 pm, were the most popular time to book Uber rides, and November was the busiest month for travel.
