SVIMS Honors Top Platelet Donors
In Tirupati, a special event was held at the Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences (SVIMS) to honor the top donors of a special kind of blood donation called single donor platelets.
These donors, T Dhananjay, PR Krishnavardhan Babu, PK Rajesh Babu, Poojari Ravi, and A Pradeep, were recognized for their consistent donations which help save lives.
The director of SVIMS, Dr RV Kumar, praised their dedication and encouraged everyone to become voluntary donors.
Other important doctors were also present at the event.
SVIMS honored top repeat single donor platelet contributors in Tirupati.
The honored donors are T Dhananjay, PR Krishnavardhan Babu, PK Rajesh Babu, Poojari Ravi, and A Pradeep.

Head of Immunohematology Dr KV Sridhar Babu and Blood Transfusion department faculty Dr Kumar were present.
