Union Minister Reviews Progress for Watershed Mahotsav Pilot Project
A government minister visited a special tank project in Guntur.
This tank is part of a big plan to fix and improve water areas.
The minister checked on the work, which is almost finished.
Another important minister will officially open the tank soon.
The minister wants this project to be done very well, like a family celebration.
He hopes this will help make Guntur a nice place for visitors and get more projects for the area.
He stressed that it's Guntur's chance to show it can host big national events successfully.

Union Minister of State Dr. Pemmasani Chandrasekhar inspected ongoing works at the tank.
The Vengalayapalem tank will be inaugurated on November 11th by Union Minister for Rural Development Shivraj Singh Chauhan.
Approximately 80% of the work on the pilot project is completed.
Minister Chandrasekhar urged officials to work diligently to develop Guntur as a tourist destination and secure more projects for the district.
