Toxic Crosses ₹100 Crore, Trails Dhurandhar 2 and KGF 2
Toxic is an action movie starring Yash.
It opened in cinemas on August 26.
On its first day, it earned more than ₹100 crore in India.
Its total worldwide earnings reached ₹140.75 crore.
This made it Yash’s second movie to open above ₹100 crore in India.
However, it earned less than KGF Chapter 2 and Dhurandhar 2 on their first days.
Many people had already bought tickets before the release.
Critics and viewers gave Toxic mixed reviews, with one review criticizing its story, direction and length.

Its India net opening ranked behind Dhurandhar 2’s ₹103 crore and KGF Chapter 2’s ₹116 crore.
Strong advance bookings fueled the opening, although the film received mixed reviews from critics and audiences.
