Karghewale Empowers Artisans as Entrepreneurs
Karghewale is a special program that helps people who make beautiful fabrics and clothes by hand.
These artisans often earn very little money.
Karghewale teaches them how to sell their products directly to buyers, like fashion designers, and helps them set up their own businesses.
They provide training and support for about three years.
So far, they have helped about 800 artisans, and some have even started their own independent businesses.
Karghewale wants these artisans to be able to decide the value of their work and sell it on their own terms.
They recently got some funding to grow even bigger and help more people.
