Shinde Condemns Pakistan’s Cropped Photo of PM Modi
Pakistan’s Prime Minister’s Office shared a group photo from an international meeting.
In one version, Narendra Modi was cut out of the picture.
Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde criticized Pakistan for doing this.
He said changing a photograph cannot reduce Modi’s importance.
Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif later shared the full photograph with Modi included.
Shinde also talked about the Pahalgam terror attack.
He said India responded through Operation Sindoor.
He praised Modi and India’s armed forces for that response.
Eknath Shinde criticized Pakistan after its Prime Minister’s Office posted an SCO leaders’ photo with Narendra Modi cropped out.
The original photograph showed Narendra Modi alongside Xi Jinping, Vladimir Putin and other SCO leaders in Kyrgyzstan.
Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s office later shared the complete group photograph, including Modi.
Shinde said the edited image could not reduce Modi’s standing in India or abroad.
He linked the incident to the Pahalgam attack and praised India’s military response under Modi’s leadership.
