Reliance Q1 2026 Results: Strong Revenue Growth
Reliance Industries, a big company led by Mukesh Ambani, recently shared its financial results for the first three months of 2026.
The company made less profit compared to the same time last year, but more than the previous quarter.
Their total money earned went up a lot, and their earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) also increased.
Jio, their telecom part, did really well, growing a lot in both money earned and profits.
The retail part also grew, but their profits went down a bit.
Experts think the company is in a good position for the future, especially with plans to launch an IPO for Jio.
The stock price went up after the results were announced, and experts think it could go up more, but there might be some resistance at higher levels.
Reliance Industries reported a 22.4% YoY decline in net profit to ₹20,946 crore for Q1FY27, but a 23.4% QoQ increase.
Revenue from operations rose 25.4% YoY to ₹3,11,850 crore, with EBITDA increasing 10.1% YoY to ₹54,067 crore.
Jio Platforms revenue grew 12% YoY, with EBITDA up 15.1% and margins expanding 150 basis points.
Retail revenue increased 7.4% YoY, but EBITDA fell 1.1% due to digital commerce scale-up.
Experts believe Reliance is well-positioned for future growth, with the Jio IPO expected to unlock value.
