Australia, Andhra Pradesh Sign Four MoUs on Clean Energy, Education
Australia and the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh made a big deal to work together.
They signed four agreements that will help make solar panels, teach kids with special needs, give students help with mental health, and train people for jobs.
A new center will be built at IIT Tirupati with help from the University of New South Wales.
Teachers will learn how to help children with autism.
Students will get free online counseling.
The agreements also aim to give people skills for jobs in Australia and India.
The leaders from both sides celebrated with a shawl, coffee, and a memento.
Andhra Pradesh and Australia signed four Memoranda of Understanding covering clean energy, advanced manufacturing, inclusive education, student mental health, and skill development.
The agreements establish a Centre of Excellence for Solar Manufacturing at IIT Tirupati in partnership with the University of New South Wales.
A joint initiative will train teachers to support children with autism and other neuro‑diverse learning needs.
A technology‑enabled pilot project will provide confidential mental‑health resources and virtual counselling to higher‑education students.
Vocational training and international employment pathways will be strengthened through a partnership between APSSDC and Dynamic Learning Services.
