India's Youngest POEM Procedure on 14-Month-Old
A very small baby boy who was only 14 months old and weighed just 5.9 kg had a special medical problem called Achalasia Cardia.
This problem made it hard for him to swallow food, and he kept throwing up and getting sick.
Doctors in Mumbai did a special operation called POEM to help him.
They had to be very careful because the baby was so small.
After the operation, the baby started to eat normally and is getting better.
This was the youngest baby in India to have this kind of operation.
