Stockmarket Faces Historic SpaceX, Anthropic and OpenAI IPOs

Some very famous companies want to sell shares to many people.

Shares are little pieces of a company that people can buy.

When a company does this for the first time, it is called an IPO.

SpaceX builds rockets and spaceships, and it is owned by a man named Elon Musk.

SpaceX hopes to raise $75 billion by selling shares.

The shares will start trading on a big stock market called the Nasdaq.

Anthropic is a company that builds smart computer programs called artificial intelligence, and it has started the paperwork to sell shares.

OpenAI, another company that builds smart computer programs, is expected to do the same soon.

These companies hope to raise a lot of money.

If all three sell shares, it could add as much as $4 trillion to the value of American companies.
