Bridgerton Author Discusses Season 4 and Prequel Plans
The author of the Bridgerton books, Julia Quinn, talked about the show at a book festival.
She said Season 4 is coming out in 2026, and part one will be on January 29th and part two will be on February 26th.
She mentioned that fans often ask about a Lady Danbury prequel, but it's unlikely because her character's backstory as written in the books is limited.
The show will also feature a character with a limb difference in Season 4, with a more significant role than previous characters with disabilities.
Quinn also praised the show for expanding Queen Charlotte's role.
Julia Quinn discussed the Netflix series 'Bridgerton' at the Boston Book Festival.
Season 4 of Bridgerton will be released in two parts in 2026.
Part 1 of Season 4 will premiere on January 29, 2026.
