Indian Employees Seek Job Changes Amid AI Adoption

More than half of them want to leave their current jobs soon, maybe even within a year.
This is especially true for people working in healthcare, younger workers, and managers.
Money isn't the only thing that matters to them anymore.
They also want a good workplace environment and flexibility.
If they don't feel happy or trusted at their current job, they are more likely to look for a new one.

However, even though everyone agrees that learning new skills is important, not many people are spending a lot of time learning about AI.
