Delhi Court Slams Police Report in MCOCA Case
A Delhi court reviewed a case involving a strict law used against organised crime.
The case started with a police report in 2020.
The court said the police report was not good enough.
It noted that Mukesh had been named in many other cases, including cases involving murder.
The court said he was named in more cases from 2021 to 2024.
He was arrested in February 2026.
