PM Modi Visits Punjab for Guru Ravidas Jayanti
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Punjab on February 1, 2026.
He will go to Adampur Airport to change its name to Sri Guru Ravidas Ji Airport.
He will also open a new building at Halwara Airport, which can handle bigger planes.
This airport is important for both the military and the local area.
The new building has special features to save energy and water, and it looks like traditional Punjabi design.
The Prime Minister will also visit a special place to honor Sant Guru Ravidas and take part in some religious events.
Some people might question why these changes are happening now, but the government says it's to improve the area and honor an important saint.
