Spain Opens Largest Virtual Studio to Boost Film Production
Imagine a giant, high-tech movie set that isn't really there!
That's what the new virtual studio in Spain is like.
It's the biggest one in the country and lets filmmakers create amazing backgrounds without actually traveling to those places.
It's run by a company that already has experience in media.
The first project will be an advertisement.
The studio also plans to film parts of a movie.
This new studio is part of a plan to make Spain a major player in the film industry, like a European Hollywood.
The Coruña Immersive Studio has opened in La Coruña, Spain.
The studio is managed by Pedralonga Studios.
It's equipped with technology to create realistic environments.
An advertising project is scheduled to be filmed at the studio next week.
Several sequences of an unspecified movie will be filmed in October.
