ICMR Approves Research Projects of Gandhi Medical College Students
Gandhi Medical College (GMC) is encouraging its students to do research.
The Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) has approved 14 research projects from GMC students in the last two years.
More and more students are participating in these research activities.
Last year, eight student projects were chosen, and this year, six projects were approved.
The Madhya Pradesh medical teachers are also helping the students with their research.
ICMR approved 14 research projects of Gandhi Medical College (GMC) students in two years.
Participation of MBBS students in research activities at GMC is increasing.
In the previous year, projects of eight students were selected for the ICMR-STS program.
In April 2025, six projects received ICMR approval from 30 student participants.
Madhya Pradesh medical teachers’ association played a key role in promoting research for MBBS students.
