That character is played by a famous actress named Tabu.

Her character's name is Gauri Hegde.

Gauri is a Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax, which is a powerful government officer.

In the video, she slaps people and carries a lathi, which is a long stick.

She tells another character, played by Vijay Sethupathi, 'In our style, we first shoot and then talk.'

The video ends with her saying her job title, showing that she is a fearless and powerful officer.
