India's Intelligence Agencies Select Candidates Without Public Applications
India has a secret spy agency called RAW that watches for danger from other countries.
They don’t ask people to apply online or put up job ads.
Instead, they look for good soldiers, police officers, and people who already work in other spy groups.
Candidates must be Indian, under 56, and able to adapt to new places.
RAW tests them with special psychological questions to see if they are honest and calm under pressure.
RAW operates under the Prime Minister’s Office to monitor external threats.
Recruitment is confidential; no public advertisements or online portals.
Candidates are usually sourced from armed forces, paramilitary, MI, IB, or UPSC officers.
Applicants must be Indian citizens, under 56, and adaptable to varied environments.
Psychological tests assess honesty, consistency, and emotional control under pressure.
