Telangana Irrigation Projects Face Scrutiny Amidst Political Disputes
Two politicians are arguing about the safety and upkeep of two water projects.
One says the projects are fine and invites people to come see for themselves, while the other says the government is lying about the repairs.
The second politician wants a judge to look into what's happening because they think things are not being done properly.
Basically, they have different views on how well the projects are being managed and if the public is being told the truth.
MLA Bandla Krishna Mohan Reddy stated the Joorala Project is structurally sound for 100 years and invited the media for inspection.
Former MLA D.K. Bharat Simha Reddy criticized the government regarding Rayalampadu Reservoir and called for a High Court probe.
Reddy accused the government of making false promises concerning the Rayalampadu repairs.
