Swiggy's 99 Store Drives Growth, Now One in Seven Orders
Swiggy is an app people use to order food from restaurants.
About a year ago, it started a special cheap-food section called 99 Store.
This section helps people buy tasty food without spending too much money.
It has become very popular.
Now, one out of every seven food orders on Swiggy comes from 99 Store.
The section is available in more than 500 cities.
More than 1.8 lakh, which means 180,000, restaurants work with it.
People love ordering bowls, thalis, South Indian breakfast, burgers, pizzas, drinks, and snacks from it.

Swiggy said its affordability-led offering '99 Store' now accounts for one in every seven orders on the platform.
99 Store has expanded to over 500 cities and a network of over 1.8 lakh restaurant partners within a year of launch.
The offering has a dedicated section within the Swiggy Food app and spans food across categories.
Most popular choices on 99 Store include Bowls and Thalis, South Indian Breakfast, Burgers, Pizzas, Beverages, Chaats and snacks.
