Lucknow RTO Cracks Down on Unfit School Vehicles
The Lucknow RTO is making sure school buses are safe.
They found 122 buses with expired safety checks and warned the owners.
These buses were still carrying kids even though they weren't up-to-date.
The RTO sent out notices and said they'll take action if the buses don't get fixed.
They reminded everyone that kids' safety comes first.
Parents should also check the buses for things like good paint, strong windows, fire extinguishers, and a school helper on board.
This is to make sure kids travel safely to and from school.
Lucknow RTO warned 122 school vehicle owners for operating with expired fitness certificates.
The RTO issued notices and warned of action against non-compliant owners and school management.
Over 4,500 school vehicles are registered in Lucknow.
Officials emphasized that there would be no compromise on children's safety.
Parents are urged to check vehicles for safety standards before school reopens.
