She layered the Orb Bracelet (361 round diamonds in 18K gold) with the Slim Orb Bracelet (352 round diamonds in 14K gold), plus diamond-set rings and a gold band.
The articles conflict on the gold band's diamond count: 32 natural diamonds per one report versus 24 natural round diamonds per the other.
