Axis Bank to Increase ATM Transaction Fees from July 2025
Axis Bank is changing how much it charges for using ATMs.
Starting July 1, 2025, if you have a Savings or Trust account and use an ATM too many times in a month, you'll pay more.
Right now, it costs ₹21 extra per transaction, but it will go up to ₹23.
This applies whether you use an Axis Bank ATM or another bank's ATM.
The fee is charged when you take out money or do other banking stuff at the ATM after you've used up your free limit.
Banks charge these fees to cover the costs of running the ATMs.
Also, when you use another bank's ATM, that bank charges your bank a small fee, which helps share the costs across the ATM network.
Axis Bank is raising ATM transaction fees for Savings and Trust accounts.
The fee will increase from ₹21 to ₹23 per transaction.
The change begins on July 1, 2025.
This affects all Savings accounts, including NRI and Trust accounts.
The fee applies to financial transactions beyond the free limit.
